|The current test game version of Tiberium Crystal War 2 only supports Multiplayer Online Play.
You can play with and against players from all over the world in different game types which are explained below.
|All Out War
|All Out War is the most popular version of online play in Tiberium Crystal War 2.
The general idea is that you protect your own base buildings while still attempting to destroy the enemy base buildings by whatever means available in the game, infantry weaponry, vehicular assaults, superweapon beacon and c4 placements. Kill kill kill the enemy base!
|Some maps are set up specifically for Sniper Only where all players on all teams will start with a Sniper character, the one with the most kills wins the game usually.
|In Domination game mode there are several "Control Points" scattered over the map. When you capture them (by repairing) they will generate 1 capture point per second which counts towards your team's total capture points. When the set amount of required capture points on a map has been reached your team will win the game and the map ends. You can look up the GDI Score, Nod Score and Required Win Score by typing !score in the game while playing, a typical output could look like this:
Host: GDI: 500 points -- Nod: 1000 points -- Required: 2500 points
In this example GDI needs another 2000 points to win the game and nod needs 1500.
|With Co-op maps all players are on the same team and play a scripted mission with objectives which have to be completed to win the game, or lose it when certain objectives fail.
Your team will have to really work together to complete the missions.
