At Chaotic Dreams we can probably help with getting around such a large map. Currently in testing is the Chaos Hoverboard, and we have other vehicular toys in the pipeline too

This one's my own current personal favourite to play. I notice very few other players manage to grab the shield though so here's a tip on that. It's really not all that hard, but it's not just a jump, you have to jump, turn into the wall and then wall-dodge to the shield. The jump/wall-dodge can be started with a lift-jump or a regular jump off the platform at the top of the lift. A little trickier but it's also possible to get to the shield with a wall slide.

Seems like this one has become a favourite on the server. Ripper is insanely good in the narrow tunnels, I thought there might be complaints about that but everyone I've seen say anything about it so far is loving it (the Ripper that is).

I find this map very enjoyable.. It's lighted well and the colors are nice.. I have a lot of fun and it's my new favorite map!

A nice remake. Scaling feels right, it does a good job of capturing the feel of the original UT99 map.

Hope you are joking... You didn't even test it, cause the file has ONE download and that was me. Even IF you tested it your feedback could be more 'mild,' considering this is a first map by the person + it's a work in progress. I checked the map as I said: It's different than the other maps cause it feels like it's more in the mountains Base is too wide if you ask me (imagine having to run between buildings cause of a nuke Map lacks details at this stage (ofc), but if you make the bases smaller and add details that will change I guess it could use a secondary vehicle path on the back so it will be hard to locked up in base. What would be cool is to have a 'direct' bridge between two bases with a gap in it. From the gap you can role your vehicles down on a 'shortcut' to both bases. But taking the shortcut (aka jumping vehicle from the bridge) will not make it possible to go back again with the vehicles via that way. This would have you think twice to use the shortcut!

this map looks badass!

Nice remake. At first I thought it was scaled too large, but after playing it online I changed my mind. IMO this remake plays better in UT4 than the original did in UT2004 and the extra room is why. Rooms are fairly large and open making it quite hitscan friendly, but surprisingly shock is even better (or at least it was for me). Not sure why but shock combos worked far better for me than anything else (even OP rockets) and that's unusual. I found myself using shock combos almost exclusively and that's not at all normal for me.

I usually don't care for menu skins but that actually looks pretty sweet man, nice one.

RenList Step-By-Step Installation Instructions: Suggestion; 1st, Minimize this Post screen size down to a size where you can read this Post--while at the same time perform each Step on the other 1/2 of your screen. 1. Scroll up near the TOP of THIS page, Click on the big green DOWNLOAD. 2. You will see a popup message, "Do you want to open, or save Renlist**$& from Multiplayerforums.com"? 3. On the right side of the word, Save, click the Down \/ arrow, then click Save As. 4. The Save As window opens. Click on the icon for Desktop. Then look at the bottom of that screen and click Save. 5. On your desktop, look for a new icon named RenList........... 6. Open (double-click) that new desktop icon. That opens up a Zip File window. 7. Extract file to your Desktop. Now you have another new icon named RenList that looks like a yellow manila folder. 8. Open (double-click) that new RenList icon. The RenList window opens and you will see approximately 5 file names. 9. Click on the 'Application' file named RenList. A popup dialog box reads, "Would you like to configure RenList Now"? Click YES. 10. A Settings window opens with 3 Tabs. Click on the GSA tab. Enter your Nickname, then press Save. 11. The RenList v1.0.6 window opens, you will see a Tabs for WOL and GSA. Click on GSA. 12. Now you will see a listing of all Renegade game servers. Double click on the game you want to play. That's it. Play and Njoy!
