You issue ChannelKey (with no brackets) if there is one for the channel.
To delete a channel from the autojoin list you issue command.
/NS AJOIN del YOURNICKNAME #ChannelHere
Finally to do a list of all the channels on your AutoJoin List issue command.
/NS AJOIN LIST
This will help with some admin channels or channels set to restricted, since it will not AutoJoin you to your channels until you identify to Nickserv (/NS IDENTIFY)
