Could be a number of issues relating to:

Hardware Device Issues

System Issues

Program Issues

Memory Issues

Malware Issues

Power Issues

Probably be better searching google or youtube for some fixes.

Could be overheating. Find out what your CPU temperature is while you are gaming and if its above 65 celcius, your system may be overheating.

This could be due to dust in the fans or your cooler maybe not spinning fast enough (failure?).
Open the casing and see if you can clean the dust from there.

A HDD can cause so many problems (i fixed processor overheating by switching to a ssd harddrive).

When i booted my pc with my old HDD all my fans started to go crazy. Now im just using a SSD 500GB and my pc is completly quiet.

if this isnt the case, then you need to renew that "heat paste" of your proceessor. A new fan doesnt help much if your cooling paste is gone..

you could search for some youtube videos how to renew it instead buying new stuff. because fans wont save your cpu without that cooling paste (or however its called in english)

Also if you just get bluescreens even if your processors are not overheating, then its just your rig\ram

Another problem could be a messed up windows installation, but that shouldnt be a huge problem at all.

Thanks for your replay all

I will check if that problem is with my CPU fan But I don't think that the problem is with my fans

I think it is from the powersupply
