Missing Bullet Holes & Sounds

Hello.

I downloaded Renegade about a week ago and noticed that there are no bullet holes or scorch marks when I shoot things.  I also can't hear different sounds from when I shoot different things. (glass/metal/etc)

Windows 10.  Command & Conquer™ The Ultimate Collection.  Patch 4.6  8270.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Perhaps your settings?

Renegade folder, click on wwconfig.exe, 

you have Video, Audio, and Performance settings (click Expert Mode)

Does this happen offline as well and on other servers?

Weird, try running "mixcheck.exe" on your installation. Maybe you have always.dat wrong or I don't know.

Raising the settings to High fixed it.  Thank you all.

I don't know how.  I don't see anything like that.
