So, today i saw something strange. When i wanted to slap someone, i discovered that: Yes. I dont have commands like Slap, Whois, Kick etc. Only custom commands from Twitch.tv Hunter confirmed that problem, he have it too. Can anyone tell me how to fix it? Tried uninstalling, etc... I've been using IRC for 54 days now and ahve had no issue's, but out of no where now, I'm not able to use it anymore. IRC loads, but won't let me past the registration screen anymore. It only gives me an exit button now. I tried deleting the trial doc form the registry, but that failed to work. It only reset 54 days down to 30 days.

Now you are on mIRC you will need to register your nickname on there. To do this type in /ns REGISTER {password} myspecialpassword {email} [email protected] Once you have done this, when you join mIRC next time, you need to type in /ns ID {password} You can also shorten this by /ns id {password} If you want to auto id then Here are the following steps. Click on OPTIONS on the tool bar on the top. The box looks like a hammer.Click on OPTIONS again.You can tick the boxes what I have ticked if you wish.Click on PERFORM.Tick the box like shown and add the following.Press Ok.Once this has been done, the next time you join mIRC it should auto ID for you so you won't have to type in /ns id password.

when u use the scripts editor 2 auto join the channels can u also use the auth one as well basically use 2 at a atime or mayb more juss wondering cause ive always used the join script lol

Not sure if this is a windows 7 thing or not, but it's annoying the heck out of me. lol Anyways. I'm trying to setup a bunch of my old scripts from WAY back when I played a game called A Path Beyond. Well, I'm using exact copies of all the scripts. I even tried writting a new one and nothing works. I then tried like the most basic of scripts and still nothing. Not sure why it isn't working. Here's my code: on *:TEXT:!wolf:#vix: { if (NXwolf isin $nick) && (!wolf isin $1) { /msg #vix test complete } } As I said, most basic of scripts. Basically, when I type !wolf, it's suppose to respond with test complete to the designated channel. I just formed a unreged channel for testing purposes, not a real channel. Anyways. Nothing happens at all. I tried linking the script to the #mpf-newmaps channel as well and that gave me a response of "unknown command". Is atleast some progress, but still not working. This code is below: on *:TEXT:host:#mpf-newmaps: { if (host isin $1) { /msg NXwolf test complete } } I can't find anything wrong with this code. I tried reinstalling IRC and running IRC in compatibility mode with Win XP SP3 as well as running as an admin. Still nothing. Any ideas?
