About This File

Snowy type map I am working on, trying to get the whole balance and landscape made first before I add everything else.. Infantry path still WIP

Released

Updated infantry path, changed harvester paths, added more decor, worked on infantry path.

 

Added expo. fog, added backdrop to map. Changed most of the textures of the rocks. Added some sounds and particle systems.

 

Lights in this build are in production.

Hope you are joking... You didn't even test it, cause the file has ONE download and that was me.

 

Even IF you tested it your feedback could be more 'mild,' considering this is a first map by the person + it's a work in progress.

 

I checked the map as I said:

It's different than the other maps cause it feels like it's more in the mountains

Base is too wide if you ask me (imagine having to run between buildings cause of a nuke

Map lacks details at this stage (ofc), but if you make the bases smaller and add details that will change

I guess it could use a secondary vehicle path on the back so it will be hard to locked up in base.

 

What would be cool is to have a 'direct' bridge between two bases with a gap in it. From the gap you can role your vehicles down on a 'shortcut' to both bases. But taking the shortcut (aka jumping vehicle from the bridge) will not make it possible to go back again with the vehicles via that way. This would have you think twice to use the shortcut!
