Question

Started a few hours ago, it randomly starts blocking my commands.
Everytime i do anything.. even logging in.. i get messages like:
<martini.multiplayerforums.com>: *** Command PRIVMSG not processed, as you have been blocked from issuing commands (SHUN)
sometimes it resolves itself after a few minutes, but it comes back again a while later.
Any ideas how to fix?
