I hope its a different model. I was having the same trouble with a Dell. Turned out to be an issue with a intel driver and Dells motherboard. You'd think they could at least make a stable computer these days.

It sounds like they have no idea whats wrong if they are just replacing random hardware. I had that happen with a dell years ago, it was a software problem
