  1. I played this a few times on both GDI and Nod. It still seems that GDI has the advantage, I think the mammoth tank is better than almost every other unit with how fast it is. The only decent Nod vehicle was the widow I believe.

    It could of just been the quality of players on the team though

  2. I say leave it in for now so everyone can still get used to the units, although if it is crashing every single time I would take it out.

    The map was made really well and I'm starting to get used to the units (since I never played CNC 4 I just bought the most expensive thing i could get)

  3. I don't know if there is a script out there already but I was basically looking to have it change all characters Gravity Scale setting to a custom amount.

     

    I was thinking it oculd be done using a zone and for maps with different gravity you can just make the zone cover the whole map.

     

    I know i could just temp the presets but i would rather not have to temp every char if there was a script already.

    "Here's one of my last maps for Renegade.

    I always enjoyed maps that only had barracks and hand of nod, and so I wanted to do it as just with only one single entry to each base,

    very limited pathways, and tight quarters to fight in.

    This is a teamwork based map, without teamwork it will probably never end if its a marathon, but i wanted to cater to infantry,

    seems a lot of players prefer sniping or being infantry anyway's :)

    This is the final version of the map each team has Barracks and Hand of Nod. 

    Mine limit of 12. 

    Credits flow in at a rate of 5 per second and there are ion/nuke pedestals near each base. 

    At the top of the mountain there are 2 houses containing repair gun spawns, UltraAOW Weapon Spawns, and there is an UltraAOW crate spawn in the very middle. 

    With scripts from Zunnie we have set it to a 45min timelimit as well.

  5. Hmm if it is happening a lot or everywhere then there might not have been Vis sectors for the map. You may have to completely redo the Vis sectors in max and redo the generation

  6. Here is a little description of each/ what changes were made for maps that were already on the server.

     

    Airai - Tropical Island map, fixed some glitches with the harvester pathfinding and airstrip terminals

     

    Atoll - Tropical map with an atoll type structure in the center.  Also fixed the credit issue. 

     

    Cracked - Moved Power Plant over so you cannot hit it with a beacon from the Refinery harvester dump area

     

    Ferk Night - Night version of Ferk, added some base walls and weapons/airstrip, also added some turrets and GT's.  Nod also has a back entrance tunnel to the back of the Ref.

     

    Lazer Tag - One hit kills with lazer weapons.  Can buy better troops with full auto lazer rifle, and full auto lazer chaingun.  Each team has a base with an MCT that must be destroyed to win the game.  Map time limit will be short

     

    Stockade - New small map with several inf tunnels, should be a solid one

     

    Winterfell - Removed tunnel entrance behind Refineries/wf/strip,  Also added a ladder to climb up the airstrip from behind and get inside.
