The Problem
When opening Unreal Tournament 4, you receive an error box stating that it cannot start because MSVCR120.dll is missing from your computer.

 

The Resolution
If the error message states MSVCR120.dll is missing, please install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable, available here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
