The map with the ship aka Boarding Party been updated just now on the Coop server.

Now, when you reached certain objectives you don't have to walk back to the spot anymore to get a keycard.

It's now when you kill the guy holding the Green Keycard, or Yellow Keycard, it will start spawning at the Start area for pickup when you died/respawned.

The Red key will start spawning once you disabled the torpedo racks.
