Teleporting is now possible on the Co-Op server.
You can type: !go , !goto or !tele <playername> to teleport to said player.
This will only work when both of you are alive.
It will not teleport you when you are on a ladder.

meh. But I did not dream that one day I could reach this position every since it all started in MP-Gaming as a regular player. I have to thank Oxi because without him who pull me into the moderators I won't be here today.
 
Also not to forget the buddies here that is kind enough of giving me this position but of course more work for me than because of promotion.
 
Last but not least, I will continue to support and develop projects for MPF as long i am still breathing.

The map design is based off an old map called Mountain_Pass which were redesign from ground up.
It is a map with only Land vehicles.

The UltraAOW NewMaps server is currently running in GSA mode.
There were issues with its connection to XWIS and the server lost connection every few hours.
You CAN still join the server through RenList, we will place it back in XWIS mode tomorrow probably.

Some of you may have noticed the entire Box crashing lately.
 
To fix this we are going to do an OS Reload.  Previously we have changed out all hardware and its still crashing, there are not alot of options left, we and the DC believe an OS Reinstall will fix it.
 
We will be doing this ASAP (in like 3 hours of this post..)

UltraAOW Stealth Weekend
In the Stealth Weekend every unit you buy will be stealthed, your spawn soldier, your engineer, even your Havoc
All vehicles and turrets also will start with Stealth Enabled! This will be interesting days again just like last time i think lol
All other settings are standard UltraAOW Settings as described on the website.
When?
The Weekend of Friday the 11th of July till Monday morning the 14th of July.
TT 4.1 Update is Required
The Tiberian Technologies Update 4.1 for Renegade is required to play on the server.
You can download it on their official website if you do not already have it.
It adds lots of extra's, anti-cheat and a ingame automatic map-downloader, awesome stuff!
Active Server Plugins
Of course the server will run our own mpf_newmaps.dll plugin which adds additional functionality to the server such as Veterancy and Special Crates & Power-ups.
The server has been upgraded to run Dragonade which adds a dozen new features such as !drop to drop a weapon, headshot notifications and much more. Thanks Whitedragon!

Mappack is Available
You could download our Mappack before joining the server. This ensures you have all the maps already.
Then you will not experience any ingame download dialogs which may take long if you have a slow(er) connection.
All you do is click Next, Next, wait for it to install the maps and then you're done and ready to join.

Server is back online.
Eventhough they couldn't really find anything they still replaced some hardware like the RAM, Powersupply and Cables to make sure those were not at fault.

Our TS3 License is about to expire the 17th of July. We applied for an extension and are awaiting TS3's response.
Because of this Mike and me will be performing a complete clean re-install of the Teamspeak 3 server tonight @ around 8PM Dutch time which is 7-8 hours from now.
The TS3 server will be offline for an hour up to two hours during this process.
 
Also note that when the server comes back online everyone will have to receive their usergroups again which will have to be set by Mike or Me.
Once our Admins received their Server Admin status they can probably set your usergroups too.

This is just a reminder to everyone that GameSpy is about to shutdown their services. Many multiplayer games suffer from this including Renegade.
For Renegade specifically it only means that you must update your RenList to the latest 1.0.7 version or you will not be able to retrieve a serverlist and join us.
Note: This only applies if you join servers using the GSA feature from RenList, if you have an XWIS account there is nothing you need to do.

Yes fixed..

Changed the way it works a bit.
The bounty is now lost when a player with a bounty leaves the game or swaps teams.
There is now a new command !mybounty or !myb to lookup your own bounty set by others.
Also a small bug or limitation is that it only remembers the name of the guy who set the bounty first.
So the collected bounty message says "blah collected the bounty set by blah1" where blah1 is the guy that FIRST placed the bounty.
If i have to remember everyones names in there, it is possible to place multiple bounties on the same person, the chat line will be too short to display it all, so i choose to put the first guy only.

New command: !mybounty
You can now type !bounty to place a bounty on an enemy player head.
If you for example type '!bounty Imperial 500', it will take $500 from your money and put them on ImperialKaskin's head.
Then when someone kills ImperialKaskins he will get bounty you set +$500 money.
Everytime someone does !bounty on you the total bounty increments.
To lookup your own bounty set by others type !mybounty or !myb

I've added two new commands to the server specifically for DONATORS ONLY
What does it do?: It allows you (donators) to set a text or icon above your head.
!tagself
While ingame simple type for EXAMPLE:
!tagself coffee
This will attach the coffee icon on your head
!taglist
For a list of available tags type: !taglist
