Infinite ammo used to be the case here on MPF, quite a while ago. Having to watch your ammo count adds another layer of skill, and doesn't promote spraying and praying to find SBHs, IMHO. I plan to make a map in the future and even tanks will have limited ammo. Not so little that you'll be left stranded in a fight, but low enough that it would discourage whoring. About time the vanilla renegade maps that were actually worth playing came back. High noon and Alpine day personal favorites. Only risk I see is players dropping due to low FPS on Fjords.

You double posted this and in the same area too, so I cleared up the other one. I imagine this was a lag issue.
 
Now, while I don't HAVE this reticle (I can't even view it ATM due to school filters), if nobody else has it I might be able to recreate it. I'm rather good with pixel art and have a few ideas for reticles I want for myself.

Zunnie you know very well 25k starting creds on IK maps was a disaster last time. Change it before it's too late.

I actually fell kinda bad now. After reading this I feel like I was only made a mod to fill the gaps left by roszek and Mauler...
 
Well, I can't do anything to change that now. All I can do is move forward and be the best half-mod I can possibly be, and that's exactly what I plan to do!

Ah, k. Now that I'm back in action my nerves will be a bit calmer. Believe it or not, I'm completely different outside of this community. I just get really excited when I'm here because these forums were my last connection to Ren for the longest time. Over the next week or so you'll see some changes, no doubt. Anyways, even when I first joined the clan I didn't really care if I was accepted. I just felt it was the best way to voice my dedication to Ren and the community in specific. Tag or no tag I'm MPF for life, and that's not going to change. This community will always be home to me.
 
P.S. I'll probably re-apply in a week or two once I'm re-situated and my calmer, more mature side takes over this area of my life. And next time, do me a favor and if something like this happens again, send me a message with an explanation as to why so I don't need to make another topic like this. It's easier for everyone IMHO.

A zone with negative gravity could be fun. It could be used as a lift, and if you placed a very slim area with strong negative gravity, and placed another zone with strong positive gravity right on top, you could create a kind of shock pad. The bottom zone stops your fall and the top keeps you from bouncing back up. You wouldn't be able to jump but assuming it was like pit of cotton, it would make sense because cotton would just absorb the force of your jump.

I am an active member just since january. In this 2-3 months I experienced more fun than all those year that I played renegade combined.
Sure I don't want to say that the other servers i was a regular on are not good, but MPF(members) are different.
I really enjoy and I am proud to be a part of this community.
I also want to take this oppertunity to thank everyone who made this community what it is and expect they will give 150% to make it better.
